Helpful information

Electric Bike FAQs

Answers to common questions about ordering, assembly, charging, range, care, and support. Always check the specifications on the individual product page for model-specific information.

Does my electric bike require assembly?

Most models arrive partially assembled. Typical final steps may include installing or aligning the handlebar, pedals, front wheel, seat, light, or accessories. Follow the included manual and complete every safety check before your first ride. If you are unsure, use a qualified bicycle technician.

How far can I travel on one charge?

The estimated range is listed on each product page. Actual range varies with battery size, assist level, throttle use, rider and cargo weight, hills, surface conditions, temperature, wind, tire pressure, and riding style.

How long does the battery take to charge?

Charging time varies by battery capacity and charger. Check the model specifications for an estimate. Use only the supplied or officially approved charger, charge in a dry and ventilated location, and disconnect the charger after charging is complete.

Can I remove the battery for charging?

Many models have a removable battery that can be charged on or off the frame. Confirm this feature on the product page. Turn off the system before removing or installing the battery and make sure it is locked securely before riding.

What is the maximum speed?

Maximum assisted speed depends on the model, configuration, rider conditions, and local regulations. The legal classification and permitted speed can vary by state or municipality. Follow all local rules and do not use settings that are prohibited where you ride.

How do I choose the correct size?

Compare your height and inseam with the recommended rider range and geometry shown on the product page. Also consider stand-over height, handlebar reach, seat adjustment, and maximum payload. Contact support if you are between sizes or need help confirming fit.

What does the maximum payload include?

The maximum payload generally includes the rider plus clothing, bags, accessories, and all cargo. Do not exceed the limit shown in the product specifications. Keep cargo secure and evenly distributed.

Can I ride in rain or wet conditions?

Water resistance varies by model and does not mean waterproof. Avoid deep water, flooding, pressure washing, and battery or electrical-connector immersion. Reduce speed and allow extra braking distance on wet surfaces. Dry the product after exposure and follow the manual’s care instructions.

How should I store and maintain the battery?

Store the battery indoors in a cool, dry location away from direct heat, moisture, children, and combustible materials. Use the approved charger and inspect the battery regularly. Do not use or charge a battery that is damaged, swollen, leaking, unusually hot, or has been submerged.

What routine maintenance is required?

Before riding, check tire pressure, brakes, wheel security, steering, fasteners, lights, battery mounting, and drivetrain condition. Keep the chain clean and lubricated, and schedule professional inspections based on riding frequency, mileage, terrain, and the maintenance intervals in the manual.

What warranty coverage is included?

Coverage and exclusions are defined in our Warranty Policy. Review the policy and the individual product listing before ordering. Keep your order information and serial number, as they may be required for support.

What is the return policy?

Eligibility, return windows, condition requirements, fees, and exclusions are explained in our Refund Policy. Contact support before returning a product so the correct process and return destination can be confirmed.

How do shipping and delivery work?

Available destinations, estimated delivery times, and any restrictions are shown during checkout or in our shipping policy. Inspect the package promptly after delivery and report visible shipping damage to support with your order number and clear photos.

Can I order replacement batteries or parts?

Contact support before purchasing batteries, chargers, controllers, displays, wheels, or other electrical parts. Provide the exact model, order number, and part details so compatibility can be confirmed.
